How will my new pottery be packaged?
Each piece will be individually wrapped in a mix of paper and bubble wrap and placed in a sturdy box with extra wrapping to fill in the spaces so there's no movement while they are making their way to you. I try to use as much recycled packaging as possible so each order may arrive looking slightly different. A few local businesses give me bubble wrap, sturdy boxes and paper. If the pottery is a gift I also have the option of a presentation box.
When will my handmade pottery arrive?
Everything is shipped out within 3 days of receiving your order and depends on where its being shipped to. More information for specific countries can be found here.
What happens if my pots arrive damaged?
If a piece is damaged on arrival I will send a replacement at no extra cost, damages must be notified within 3 days of receipt of the product. If it is not in stock I can send a suitable alternative or credit note.
What if I've just ordered and changed my mind?
If you change your mind within 24 hours of your order being confirmed, if it has not been shipping then a full refund will be issued.
What if I need to return something I've ordered?
If you change your mind about your purchase within 7 days of receiving it I will refund the cost of the product within 5 working days of receiving it back intact. Buyer is responsible for the return postage costs.
